About the Journal

Stardom Scientific Journal of Legal and Political Studies is a refereed scientific journal issued by Stardom University — Istanbul, Turkey. The journal aims to provide a platform for publishing research in accordance with the approved international scientific standards, and to improve scientific production in the field of legal and political studies. The journal is issued quarterly (4 times a year) in electronic version, and accepts papers and research studies written in both Arabic and English.

The journal is a forum for the publication of peer-reviewed, original research on all aspects of Legal and Political Studies, including: Public Law, Private Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, International Law, International Humanitarian Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Civil Law, Labor Law, Human Rights Law, Cyber Law and Artificial Intelligence Governance, Political Science, International Relations, and Comparative and Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh).
