Abstract
This paper sheds light on the mandate and scope of the United Nations Conciliation Commission for Palestine (UNCCP), established in December 1948 to facilitate the implementation of UN Resolution 194. The paper was mandated to work to resolve all conflict issues by peaceful means, including the right of return of Palestinian refugees to their homes. The researcher recommends resuming the work of the UNCCP based on UN Resolution 194.
