Abstract

The study addresses independent administrative bodies in the Saudi system, focusing on the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) as a model. The study examines the regulatory powers and competencies of SDAIA, including its authority to issue administrative regulations and propose laws related to AI. The study recommends developing a comprehensive AI system for Saudi Arabia and expanding the infrastructure for AI applications in line with Vision 2030.
