Abstract

The study addresses e-litigation in the Saudi judicial system, examining the legal basis of electronic litigation and whether current legal frameworks align with constitutional principles and rights. The study highlights the importance of e-litigation during pandemics and crises that prevent physical presence in courts. The study recommends expanding modernization of litigation procedures to allow transition from traditional to digital forms.
