    "abstract": "تمارس المسؤولية الوزارية من خلال التصويت على الثقة  التي يتقدم بها الوزير الأول في إحدى ثلاث حالات :عند تقديم الوزير الأول لبرنامج الحكومة أمام الجمعية الوطنية خلال شهر من تعيين الحكومة، أو عند تقديم الحكومة لبيانها السنوي،وأخيرا عند طلب تبني نص قانوني بدون تصويت.\r\nأما ملتمس الرقابة فهو اجراء يلجأ إليه البرلمان للضغط على الحكومة من أجل إجبارها على تقديم استقالتها.",
