Crime is a violation of the requirements of justice, and for this reason the state considers it necessary to combat crime and punish its perpetrator so that he finds his reward, thus achieving public and private deterrence. As a result of the seriousness of some crimes, some countries enacted life or temporary hard labor to punish the perpetrators of these crimes.  Replacing it with the penalty of working for the benefit of a public institution without pay, but – and because of the operation of the convict for the public interest without pay – it violates the teachings of Islamic law and the requirements of justice and violates international laws in this regard.  Mixed for a fee, so that the convict works in a profession, the proceeds of which return to him and his family, and he earns a profession from the professions, which facilitates his reintegration into society.
